Monthly wireless charges are no longer billed to most NIU departments, but are handled through central financing. Because of this, requests for adding wireless connectivity must be strategically prioritized across the university. Please contact senior administrators in your area to encourage central funding for timely expansion of Wi-Fi service. Until an approved process is in place for prioritizing and implementing new requests, all centrally funded requests for new wireless connectivity are on hold.

Note: This restriction is not applicable to other account types or requests for changes to existing services.

Please contact with any questions.
