The primary objective of this course is for you to learn about or re-familiarize yourself with using Schedule of Classes in MyNIU.

The Division of Administration and Finance has enhanced the university’s commercial card program to create more flexibility.  Beginning in July, cardholders will have the ability to purchase items that have traditionally been prohibited – such as advertising for position postings, vehicle rentals, airfare, and lodging. 

This in-person training session is designed to help cardholders, approving managers, proxies, and business managers become more familiar with the new program, its expanded purchasing capabilities, and its streamlined reporting methods.
